‘Ora’ is a development that intertwines the beautiful bayside environment of Wynnum with the ease and luxury of

The clean off-white concrete combined with the bronzed feature cladding and battens replicates the warmth and
clarity of the Wynnum/ Manly beach front. Introducing both texture and visual intrigue into the facade, Ora sets the
standard for architectural design within our Wynnum CBD.
Take a stroll along the waterfront and the foreshore is populated with many beautiful and formally intriguing native
species such as Mangrove trees and Pandanus palms. The intricate root systems of both these species is seen
interpreted into the building facade through fine vertical screening which doubles as an instrument for privacy for
the residents.
Ora, meaning ‘edge’ in Latin, not only architecturally replicates the edge and shoreline of the local environment but also gives a nod to the edge of development on which Wynnum currently sits. Ora brings luxury unit living to the
